This describes exactly what Ammo Performance Group collects, why, who processes it, and how to get it deleted. It is written to match what the site actually does, not to cover every hypothetical.
Ammo Performance Group (also trading as AMMO LIFTS), an online fitness coaching business operated by Aiden Muhammad from Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, United States. The site is labammo.com.
For any privacy question, correction, or deletion request: ammo.biz08@gmail.com. That inbox is monitored by Aiden directly.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or license your personal information to anyone. Your details are not a product here and never have been. They are used to send you the thing you asked for, and to coach you if you become a client.
The one meaningful exception to "we keep it to ourselves" is advertising measurement: this site runs the Meta pixel, which reports page visits to Meta. That is described in full below, and you can switch it off.
Nothing here is collected passively from you beyond the cookies and pixel described further down. Every item below is something you typed into a form.

If you gave us your details for a free guide, we may email or message you about training, nutrition and coaching. You can stop that at any time, permanently, by replying STOP to a message or emailing the address above. We will not need a reason.
We use ordinary service providers to run the business. They process data on our instructions; none of them are given your data to use for their own marketing.
Because the business is operated from the United States, data you submit is stored and processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
There is no Google Analytics on this site, and no advertising cookie beyond the one described here.
Some public pages of this site load the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, ID 1281218603353314. It reports to Meta that a browser viewed a page, and on some pages that a form was submitted. Meta uses this to measure advertising and to build advertising audiences. It is currently present on the home page, the articles and blog pages, the book-a-call page, the Fit Founder pages, and the thank-you page.
It is deliberately absent from the free physique audit page and the free guide page, which are the pages most likely to be opened by under-18s. We do not run advertising tracking on pages aimed at, or commonly reached by, minors.
You can prevent it entirely with a tracker-blocking browser extension or a browser that blocks third-party trackers by default, and you can control how Meta uses ad data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Blocking it has no effect on the site working.
The campus macro tools set a single cookie named campus_access after you submit the unlock form. It only records that the form was completed so the menu data will load. It carries no advertising data and cannot be read by other sites.
The free guides on this site are free training and nutrition information, and they are deliberately available to people of any age. A significant share of readers are teenagers.
Nobody under 18 is ever sold anything here. Under-18s are not shown prices, not sent payment links, and are not pitched coaching. Where age is collected, it is used to enforce exactly that.
If you are a parent or guardian and want your child's details removed, email ammo.biz08@gmail.com and it will be deleted, with confirmation, without argument or delay.

If you are in India, these rights sit alongside the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, which also gives you the right to nominate someone to exercise them on your behalf. If you are in the UK or EEA, they sit alongside the UK GDPR and GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, we confirm again that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
Form submissions travel over HTTPS. Lead storage is private and key-protected, payment data is handled by Stripe rather than by us, and access to the underlying accounts is restricted to Aiden. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected people promptly if something goes wrong.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the change will be described here. Material changes to how existing data is used will be notified by email to the people affected rather than only posted.
