The Worst-Week
Protocol

Red-eye Monday, client dinners, a launch that eats every evening. This isn't the busy week — this is the week with no gym, no kitchen, and no margin. You can still keep 80% of your results on 20% of the time. Here's the 20%.

The worst week isn't where progress is made.
It's where progress is defended.

Rule 1 — The Hotel-Room Session

No gym, no equipment, 12 minutes, done before your first call. Twice this week is enough.

Circuit — 4 roundsReps
Push-ups — feet on the bed, 3-second lowering6–8
Split squats — rear foot on the bed, 3-second lowering6–8 each leg
Hip hinges — luggage or briefcase held at chest6–8
After each exercise: partial reps in the hardest range+2–3

Make 6–8 honest: too easy means slow it down further, elevate the feet higher, or add a pause at the bottom — not more reps. The rep range doesn't change; the difficulty does.

Rule 2 — Eat Like It's Logistics

No tracking on the road. Three mechanical rules instead.

Rule 3 — Walk the City

Travel is secretly the easiest week to hit 10,000 steps — airports, walking meetings, exploring after dinner instead of the hotel bar. Steps are the one lever that gets easier on the road. Take the free win.

Rule 4 — The Re-Entry Protocol

The worst week doesn't do the damage. The bad re-entry does.

That's survival. If you want the version where travel weeks are already built into the plan — targets that flex with your calendar and a coach adjusting weekly — start with the audit.
